This quiet location affords you easy access to the excitement of Deribasovskaya, but you still have your complete privacy. You are only a very short stroll to excellent shopping and fine restaurants in the area. The apartment has large balcony where you can enjoy the view of the Black Sea in the distance.
The living area is spacious and the apartment has separate bedroom. The bedroom is large and easily accommodates oversized beds, 180 cm. x 200 cm, which is larger than a USA Queen size bed. As in all OES residences, the Egyptian 100% cotton bed linen is and, unlike many competitors throughout the former Soviet Union, the sheets actually fit the bed!
The modern bathroom is provided with a bathtub with a handheld shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a microwave oven, gas cook top, a full-size refrigerator and an individually controlled hot water heater. In addition, each suite is provided with a toaster, electric t-pot, and cooking utensils, including dishes, flatware, pans and kitchen ware.
