Q: CAN YOU PROVIDE AIRPORT TRANSFERS FOR ME?
A: Transfer FROM airport to apartment is FREE in business hours (10.00 a.m.- 17.00 p.m.) !
Please note: We provide airport transfer service for all of our clients.
Why do we provide this service for free? If you are not a native Russian or Ukrainian speaker, you stand a good chance of being overcharged, and your safety is never fully guaranteed. Our drivers and our staff know the location of all our apartments so you will be transferred quickly. This saves you-and us-valuable time. If your flight is delayed, we will hold apartment till your arrival, and our driver will be notified of your new arrival time.
Q: WHERE IS OUR MEETING PLACE, WHERE I CAN OBTAIN THE KEYS?
A: When you arrive at your apartment, one of our friendly staff will show you around, accept your payment, give you the keys....and the rental agreement with receipt.
When you are ready to depart, our manager will come to the apartment to pick up the keys. Our driver can then take you to the airport.
Q: CAN I RESERVE A SPECIFIC APARTMENT?
A: Yes, if you rent an apartment for more than 2 nights, you can reserve a specific one. However, due to high demand, it is advisable to choose several others in case the one you prefer is not available. Deposit of $100 or the first night's rent is necessary.
Q: WHAT DOES APARTMENTS CONSIST OF?
A: Every apartment we rent is newly renovated with modern design. Every apartment has: bedroom(s) with clean new Egyptian bedding; towels, fully equipped kitchen with all kitchen utensils (pots, pans, glasses, dishes) and appliances (refrigerator, gas-stove, microwave oven, and electric kettle. All apartments are provided with satellite TV with more than 100 channels in different languages, DVD-CD player, air-conditioner, iron etc. Bathroom has a bathtub or shower cubicle, equipped with water heater and automatic washing machine.
Every apartment has modern furniture and phone. Apartments have new flat-screen computers and FREE unlimited high-speed internet access.
Q: WHAT IS THE LOCATION OF YOUR APARTMENTS?
A: The apartments we offer are located in the center of Odessa . All of them are safe, have coded lock entrance. Every apartment is within walking distance to the main st. in Odessa, and all main attractions.
Q: WHO OWNS THE APARTMENTS YOU RENT?
A: The owner of apartments are the members of the company The Odessa Group.
Q: ARE THE APARTMENTS SAFE?
A: Yes, they are. All apartments have steel doors and several secure locks. 95% of buildings in the center have door with coded lock.
Q: WHAT IS INCLUDED IN RENTAL PRICE?
A: Listed prices are for per night, not per person.
Rental price includes:
bed and kitchen accessories, towels; electric, hot, cold water and public utilities, local phone calls. Once-a-week apartment cleaning and changing of bed linen.
Additional cleaning is available upon request.
Rental price doesn't include:
Other service (cooking, washing etc. ) are available upon request for additional charge.
Q: CAN I CHANGE APARTMENT IF I DON'T LIKE IT?
A: If for some reason you do not like apartment, we will try to accommodate you on the day following your arrival. However, you may have to pay an additional rental fee.
Q:CAN MY APARTMENT BE CHANGED PRIOR TO MY ARRIVAL?
A: Sometimes there are problems in Odessa with water, electricity etc. In this case, and if we cannot correct the problem within a reasonable amount of time, we will change apartment for you at no charge.
Q: DOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE A KEY FOR ENTRY INTO APARTMENT?
A: Only our company has the keys for the rented apartments.
Q: CAN I MEET WITH FRIEND OR GIRLFRIEND AT APARTMENT?
A: Listed prices are per NUGHT, not per person. Yes, you can meet friends at your apartment.
Q: CAN I LISTEN TO MUSIC IN THE EVENING AT MY APARTMENT?
A: Yes. However, please be considerate of your neighbors when listening to music in the apartment after 11pm. Your neighbors may call the police and you may have a problem if the police come.
Q: CAN I SMOKE IN THE APARTMENT?
A: Yes, you can. Ukrainian people normally smoke on the balcony, so, there will not be a bad smell in the apartment.
Q: CAN I HAVE INTERNET ACCESS IN MY APARTMENT?
A: our apartments are provided with high-speed internet access free for you. Besides, we provide our apartments with new flat screen computers for your convenience.
Q: WHAT OTHER SERVICES CAN YOU OFFER WHILE I AM IN ODESSA?
A: Train, bus station transfers upon your arrival in business hours (10.00 a.m.- 17.00 p.m.)
Airport VIP-service if needed ( for international flights $75-one way, $140- round trip; for domestic flights $45- one way, $80- round trip)
Limousine service
Flower delivery to apartment
Interpreter service ($10/hour)
Individual guided tours around Odessa
Maid service once a week (free), extra cleaning available

Airport and train, bus station transfer at your departure free in business hours (10.00a.m.-17.00 p.m.). Please note that airport/train transfers outside of normal business hours are $40 each way.
