If you have visited Odessa already, you know that there are two extremes foreigners are faced with when choosing a place to stay in the city.
On one hand, there are several five-star hotels that cost more than $200 per night (a standard double room, high season), and they tend to be overbooked during the summer. Four-star lodging is also available, but not for less than $120 for a similar size room.
On the other hand, there are no decent and reliable two and three-star hotels to cater to the needs of an average traveler.
If you don't feel like paying five-star hotel rates, or intend to stay in Odessa longer than two or three days, renting an Odessa Flats apartment is an attractive option. It is becoming increasingly popular among foreign tourists and businessmen.
In comparison with hotel accommodations, renting one of our private apartments has a number of undisputed advantages:
First, you get more privacy in our apartments.
Second, you enjoy a level of comfort comparable to 5-star hotel accommodation. Indeed, our apartments are renovated to Western standards (e.g. you are warranted against leaking pipes or unsafe door locks), have all necessary sheets and towels, satellite television, high-speed internet and telephone, etc. Moreover, they boast a great location - either right in the centre of town or several minutes walk away from it.
Third, you don't have to worry about paying hundreds of dollars per night for a similar-and usually smaller-hotel room.
Depending on the size, location and the level of comfort you require, our apartments are priced from $70 to $155 per night... with discounts available for longer stays.
Whatever your accommodation needs, we can arrange for an apartment within your means. Indeed, we offer many different types of apartments for you to choose from.
We also offer FREE transfer from the airport to your apartment during normal business hours (10.00 a.m.- 17.00 p.m.)!!! Please note that airport/train transfers outside of normal business hours are $40 each way. If you desire, we will even bring one of your friends along to meet you! This service is only $15 each way, arrival or departure, and MUST be reserved in advance.
With the savings from the free airport transfers, you may wish to consider the VIP package offered by the Odessa Airport for your arrival and departure. The VIP service on arrival may save you as much as an hour and tremendous frustration especially in the peak season.
The charge for this service is $115 for international arrivals or departures or, if you book in advance, $220 for the round trip. If you are arriving or departing on a domestic (Ukraine) flight, the charge is $70 for arrival or departure and $130 for the round trip.
We use this service ourselves when we travel and we strongly recommend it to all of our guests!
